Veteran’s Day

  This Friday, November 11th, the courts are closed in observance of Veteran’s Day.  Because many of you begin filing on the 10th, our offices will still be open on Friday, but on an abbreviated schedule.  Our staff will be here from 9:30 am until 1:30 pm and during those hours, we will be reviewing and processing evictions. Express Mailing Fees for South Carolina Clients

In our continued effort to find new ways to increase speed and provide improved service for our clients, we are pleased to announce that beginning December 10th, we will begin providing even faster turnaround on filing services for our South Carolina clients.  In addition to hiring extra staff so that we may review and process more quickly, we will be sending all courthouse packets via Early Morning Overnight delivery.  What this means for you is that the clerk of court should have your papers in hand by 10am the very next morning after we process it. Labor Day
